Horsecross is the new cultural organisation set up to manage Perth Theatre and the new Perth Concert Hall which opened in September 2005.

Our vision is to develop a new creative hub for the arts in Scotland and position ourselves as the new national and international conference and meetings destination. Horsecross is dedicated to helping Perth on its way to becoming one of Europe's most vibrant small cities by 2010.

As part of its conference business, Horsecross has already exceeded its conference targets and in doing so, has managed to attract many high profile events and conferences with hundreds of delegates descending on the city. Some of the names include the Scottish Conservative Party Conference, Global Change in Mountain Regions International Conference, a number of Scottish Arts Council events and the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Star Awards, Charlie Taylor Fashion Show to name but a few.

Perth Concert Hall is a stunning modern and versatile facility, with a total of 10 different spaces available for conferences and events. Designed by award-winning architects and fully equipped with leading edge technology, we're capable of hosting large-scale events right through to smaller business meetings.

The Gannochy Auditorium is ideal for a great variety of events. With a capacity of 1200 seated and 1600 standing it is truly flexible and can change whatever your needs…from concert hall to boxing ring, fashion catwalk to motor show, party conference to dinner dance with ease.

The wood-paneled multi-purpose Norie-Miller Studio with a capacity of 150 is ideal for smaller functions and can be used to perform, dine or exhibit. The sophisticated and stylish glass fronted Threshold foyer is a great place to host a fashion show or drinks reception. Business meetings and smaller sessions can take place in the fully furnished Tay boardroom, Tilt or Earn.

Also at Horsecross, we have our own in-house catering team, Due North, who have also cooked for the Queen, and can offer a range of food and drink choices to superbly match any occasion. Our specialist technical support and a lighting design team, not to mention our friendly and approachable staff, are always on hand to ensure your event, no matter how big or small, is just the way you want it.
