Autumn Glow

As I am writing, we are heading towards the end of London Fashion Week and, sadly, the end of our summer. Winter is fast approaching once again and, with a chill in the morning air, we should all be looking to adapt our skincare and beauty routines accordingly.

In the salon we recently introduced a ground breaking suite of skincare products from MD Formulations which have been designed to rejuvenate and regenerate the skin. The product range, which can be used in addition with your normal skincare products, contains the revolutionary glycolic acid, a naturally occurring acid which breaks down the dead skin cells to leave you with fresh glowing skin.

This is, indeed, one of the most progressive products available on the market and the results our beauty therapists are seeing with it are exceptional. The range is suitable for all skin types but has a particularly effective impact on those of us who may suffer from skin disorders such as rosacea, acne and pigmentation. Want to know more? With Christmas fast approaching, I am sure the ladies among you are digging to the back of their cupboards for their party frocks and thinking about looks for the many nights out we seem to have in the run up to the festive season. Well, the good news is, ladies, that black is THE colour for this season BUT, as we all know, that means you'll need to jazz your look up to really stand out from the crowd.

New into the salon this year is an opportunity to really make an impact this winter with wefts, a natural, non permanent hair extension which can really transform your look. Wefts, which are cold bonded, are quick and easy to apply and you can have any length of hair you want, up to a maximum of 24" - that's enough to reach your waist!

These are perfect for the fun and glamour of the Christmas party season as they last approximately 4 weeks, and they can be matched to your natural hair colour or dyed to any colour you like. Perhaps the most fantastic thing about them, apart from a few minor care aspects, is that they can be treated like your normal hair, allowing you to blow dry, straighten or curl them as you wish.
